Dan Weber is the PC candidate in Waterloo.
Dan Weber was born and raised in Waterloo, and has deep roots in the community
He and his wife Shannon have two children, Maya, 6, and Gabriel 3, and live in Eastbridge. He attended St. Thomas Aquinas Elementary School (now Mere-Elisabeth-Bruyere), St. David High School, and St. Jerome’s University at the University of Waterloo.
Dan feels fortunate to have spent his entire childhood and adult life in this world-renowned community.
He has witnessed the evolution of the city and region into what it is today. Dan has spent his career in the technology, insurance, post-secondary education and non-profit sectors, and has built a depth of experience in strategic planning, partnership development, revenue generation and customer service.
Dan is a lifetime volunteer and passionate about the non-profit and charitable sector.
He spent over 15 years with Junior Achievement of the Waterloo Region, served on the Grants Committee for the K-W Community Foundation, is active with his St. Agnes Parish community (including past chair of Parish Council), serves on the board of governors of St. Jerome’s University, and also volunteers with K-W Oktoberfest and the University of Waterloo Community.
